Warranties & Returns

At Wool Spin Ewe LLC and Level Wind Systems LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return an e-spinner or autowinder, please email info@myautowinder.com to initiate the return process. Do not send items back without first contacting us.

Returns must be initiated within seven (7) days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the tracking number. Once your return is approved, you will have seven (7) days to return the item. Returns requested or received outside of this window will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were received. Any missing or damaged components will be deducted from the refund accordingly. Flyers that have been disassembled will not be refunded and will be returned to you as received. (Please do not disassemble your flyer—doing so will void your warranty and purchase agreement.)
